Music therapy, brought to you

Music therapy is an evidence-based allied health practice. Through singing, instruments, movement and songwriting, sessions support communication, emotional wellbeing, connection and everyday goals. No musical experience is needed.

It’s a mobile service. Maria brings the instruments to homes, schools, preschools, aged care homes and community spaces across Blacktown, The Hills and Parramatta.

What is music therapy?
