Connection, memory and joy

Facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist, these sessions offer a welcoming, inclusive space to connect with others, share memories and enjoy music together.

Using familiar songs, singing, gentle movement, live music, rhythm and reminiscence, the program supports cognitive and emotional wellbeing while creating moments of laughter, participation and community.

Sessions suit a wide range of abilities, including people living with dementia, memory loss, reduced mobility, social isolation or cognitive decline.
