How it works

  1. Get in touch

Call or email for a friendly chat about what you're looking for and whether music therapy is a good fit.

  2. Initial sessions

We get to know each other, explore what music means to the person, and set goals together.

  3. Ongoing sessions

Regular sessions work towards those goals, with progress shared with you and your support team.
